Former Heatherwood patients recall their stays at a dearly loved hospital.
This section of the web site is dedicated to former patients who have found our web site and have contacted us to tell their stories.

Derek has supplied some pictures taken during his stay. Derek was a patient on ward 1 during 1940 - 1950.

My name is Ruby Knapp, nee Smith and was admitted to Heatherwood hospital in May 1952 as a very sick child suffering from spinal T.B.
