The main purpose of the league is to assist wards &
departments with funding for major items of equipment. The majority of
available funds comes from capital investments. Every two years £10,000 is
awarded for gifts. Throughout
the nineties. the league has awarded gifts totalling £62,000. |
League members present another item of
medical equipment.
