How You Can Help ?
The League of Friends is called upon by many different wards and departments to fund projects or equipment. The League has only limited resources. The League allocates £12,000 every two years for the wishes of wards and departments. The funds available to the League come from fundraising events, donations from members of the public and revenue from capital investments.
In addition to providing our radio service, the League each year raises funds for the hospital, along with income from our investments we are able to allocate gifts of medical equipment, or offer monetary support for patient/staff projects.
Over 387 projects have been funded by the league to the tune of over £283,621.
